You can cancel a Favor in the app any time before the Runner arrives at the store or restaurant to pick up the order. To cancel a Favor, tap the question mark in the top right corner of the order screen.. Then, tap Cancel this Favor. If Cancel this Favor is not visible, that means your order is not in a cancelable stage of the delivery process. 

Cancellation fees may apply when attempting to cancel an order that has already been accepted or prepared by the restaurant. The app will notify you if there is a cancellation fee associated with your request.
