At Favor we are looking for an authentic and compassionate sales person with genuine interest in supporting local merchants to join our team as an Account Executive in El Paso. You are tenacious, passionate, curious, innovative, humble, and a natural hustler. You are responsible for calling on local merchants and building relationships in order to get them featured on the Favor Merchant platform (https://favordelivery.com/for-merchants).

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate new business leads
  • Develop and maintain pipeline
  • Plan a sales approach for your territory
  • Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals

Requirements

  • 3-7 years experience Sales experience
  • A strong history of executing full life cycle sales over the phone or in person
  • A highly customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinker having both book and people smarts
  • Spanish speaking skills a plus
