At Favor we’re looking for a go-getter with an entrepreneurial spirit to help launch new Favor markets throughout Texas and take our company to the next level through strong local merchant partnerships.
You must love the road and be a self-starter. You are tenacious, passionate, curious, innovative, humble, and a natural hustler. As the New Market AE you are responsible for calling on local restaurants and merchants, and building relationships in order to get them featured on the Favor Merchant platform (https://favordelivery.com/for-merchants).
- Help launch new Favor markets with a cross functional Favor team - Sales, Marketing, PR and Operations.
- Be an ambassador for getting the Favor Brand recognized in our new markets with restaurants and customers.
- Cultivate new business leads
- Develop and maintain pipeline and CRM
- Plan a sales approach for your territory
- Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
- 1-3 years experience Sales experience
- A strong history of executing full life cycle sales over the phone or in person
- A highly customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinker having both book and people smarts
- Must be comfortable with traveling 75% of the time and being in market for 4 to 6 weeks at a time. Potential markets include McAllen, Mission, Harligen, Edinburg
