Senior Manager, Digital Acquisition

Full Time - Austin, TX

Favor is looking to further build out its performance marketing team with a Sr. Manager of Digital Acquisition who can own and execute the paid search, paid social, and broader digital acquisition strategy.  This role requires the ability to lead programs, manage team members, create and execute on customer acquisition strategies, work well across departments, and multi-task daily. The Sr. Manager must be able to analyze and track data to maximize the performance of each campaign to achieve revenue and growth goals. This individual must also be able to continuously research, identify and execute on testing new online marketing channels to drive customer acquisition. The Sr. Manager of Digital Acquisition will report directly to the Director of Growth.


  • Continue to build, manage, and motivate a 4 person best in class Acquisition team
  • Oversee daily execution of paid search, paid social, and broader acquisition campaigns
  • Build and own the digital acquisition strategy and growth roadmap
  • Manage large digital acquisition budget and provide effective oversight and management to allocate spend across all channels efficiently
  • Keep up to date with digital acquisition best practices and strategies
  • Hands-on bid optimization to meet and exceed volume and ROI targets
  • Build and execute keyword expansion plans
  • Continuously evaluate and test channels, landing pages, creative and user experiences

Must Have Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ hands-on experience in growth marketing
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Deep experience with paid acquisition channels including Facebook, Google, Snapchat, Pandora, Google, Pinterest and more
  • Rockstar with Excel and using data to draw insights to drive strategy
  • Deep understanding of attribution, tracking and measurement - specifically web analytics and mobile attribution tools
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments and teams

  • Experience in/around a start-up or mobile culture - i.e. you can adapt to quick changes within both the company and mobile industry
  • An understanding of the nuances of both the demand and supply side of the on-demand marketplace
  • Google AdWords certification
