Executive Assistant

Full Time - Austin, TX

Favor is looking for an Executive Assistant with a proven track record of strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail. In this role, you will primarily support two executives with everything from daily calendars and schedules to ad hoc projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position is highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and screen mail, email, and phone communications to the executives and use independent judgment to determine the items requiring priority attention while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Prioritize conflicting needs and manage each matter expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects with competing deadlines
  • Prepare documents, presentations, agendas, Looker/Tableau reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization
  • Manage and coordinate executive and leadership meetings, events, dinners, board meetings, etc., including selecting venues and managing all vendors
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Work closely and effectively with executives to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
  • Lead and execute special projects based on objectives set by the Executive team, including tracking progress and scheduling key project meetings
  • Coordinate travel and accommodations for the Executive and Leadership teams, as needed
  • Manage company-wide all-hands meetings, including scheduling, agenda prioritization, and logistics coordination

Skills You Have

  • A bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role
  • 2+ years of experience using project management skills
  • Microsoft Office or Google Suite skills, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
