Manager, Content Operations

Full Time - Austin, TX

Favor is looking for a Manager, Content Operations to join the Operations team at our headquarters in Austin, TX. The Content team are the people behind the scenes of Texas’ favorite delivery app. While you can get anything delivered, our team ensures that your favorite restaurants are on the app and that their menu content and pricing is up to date. This position is instrumental to Favor’s continued growth.


  • Lead a team of Content Quality Associates in defining and executing operational goals 
  • Develop and operationalize best practices for creating, managing menu content and ensuring quality at scale
  • Drive process improvements that will enable the content team to support ever growing business demands
  • Build and manage relationships with key cross-functional partners including Sales, Account Management, and Business Analytics
  • Partner with Product & Engineering to drive tooling and systems improvements
  • Consider scalable solutions to data entry challenges such as remote teams, third party partnerships & outsourcing


  • 5+ years of experience in online operations and/or content management, experience at a start-up or tech company preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in direct people management
  • Demonstrated critical thinking experience
  • Experience measuring impact against operational metrics
  • Demonstrated success in business process re-engineering optimization
  • Experience defining CMS requirements and content management workflows
