Will my benefits apply to all merchants and orders?

The $0 delivery fee benefit will apply to all merchants marked with the Favor Gold icon in the app. Where applicable, orders must meet the minimum value for the indicated merchant. Some merchants do not have a minimum order value requirement. 

Is there a minimum order requirement for the $0 delivery fee to apply?

On select merchants indicated in the app, a minimum value is required for an order to qualify for a $0 delivery fee, whereas some merchants have no minimum order value. 

How do I use Favor Gold benefits?

After opting into the program, your Favor Gold benefit of $0 delivery fees will apply automatically at checkout. Exclusive offers and promotions will be sent via email, push notification, or the Favor app.

How do I access my $10 off $50+ H-E-B Now savings?

Your $10 off $50 H-E-B Now offer will be available the first week of every month in the Favor app under Promotions & Deals. You must tap and claim the offer in the Favor app for the discount to be automatically applied to an eligible H-E-B Now order. Please note, if you signed up for Favor Gold after the first week of the month, you’ll receive your offer during the first week of the next month.

The $10 H-E-B Now offer is limited to one per customer and valid on H-E-B Now orders of $50 or more placed through the Favor app only. It cannot be redeemed in H-E-B stores or online at heb.com. It cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to age-restricted items including but not limited to tobacco and alcohol, gift cards, prescriptions, gasoline, Business Center, or any H-E-B merchants in the Favor app. 

Will the Favor Gold benefits change?

Favor may change the Subscription, the Subscription Fee, Benefits, or other applicable terms or features at any time with or without notice, provided that notice of any changes to the Subscription Fee shall be given via email no less than 30 days prior to taking effect.

Can I share my Favor Gold membership with someone else?

At this time, Favor Gold cannot be shared with or transferred to other customers.

How do I sign up for Favor Gold?

Favor Gold can be purchased for a $9.99/month (30 days) subscription. Favor Gold benefits apply to all merchants marked with the Favor Gold icon in the app, and where noted, orders that meet a certain minimum value.

How much does Favor Gold cost?

Favor Gold costs $9.99/month (30 days). The subscription will auto-renew every 30 days unless canceled by the customer.

What is the duration and frequency of charges?

The $9.99 subscription fee will be charged every 30 days unless canceled by the customer.

How do I cancel my Favor Gold subscription?

You may cancel your subscription anytime in the Manage membership section of the Favor app.

What happens if I cancel my Favor Gold subscription?

If Favor Gold is canceled by the customer, benefits will continue until the end of the current paid 30-day period. Once the current period expires, benefits will no longer be available until the subscription is renewed.
