Favor gift cards and e-gift cards (collectively, “Gift Cards”) are subject to the following terms and conditions (excluding promotional gift cards or promotional credits). Gift Cards are redeemable only toward purchases (excluding gift cards) from a Favor participating merchant and are not redeemable for alcohol. The Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-reloadable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except as required by law. To use a Gift Card, enter the code provided into the Favor app and the applicable amount of Favor credits will be added to your account. When you make a Favor order, the credit is automatically applied to the cost of the order, including cost of goods, service fee, delivery fee, and tip. Any remaining balance is applied to future orders. If your Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without your permission, it will not be replaced. Purchase, acceptance, or use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Favor Gift Cards are issued by Good Vibes Delivery LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Gift Cards do not expire. Title to and risk of loss forGift Cards pass to the recipient upon delivery (email of the code). Good Vibes Delivery LLC, NeighborFavor, Inc., and their affiliates reserve the right to refuse to accept Gift Cards that are suspected or believed to have been obtained fraudulently, and to pursue any other legal rights or remedies that may be available. Gift Cards are provided on an “as is” basis and Favor disclaims all warranties of any kind related to the Gift Cards. For promotional gift cards and promotional offers, including promotional credits, the terms stated on the credits and related promotional messaging will apply (including any expiration dates or additional restrictions) instead of these Gift Card terms.
